- Powerball officials posted the winning numbers Wednesday night: 8, 17, 22, 28 and 55 with Powerball 14 and an estimated jackpot of $174 million with a cash option of $80.7 million.
- After no ticket won on Sept. 29, the jackpot rolled over as the Powerball jackpot rollover process raises the cash prize until a winner is declared.
- The odds stand at 1 in 292.2 million, players pay $2 per ticket, and the Power Play feature offers a 3x multiplier for an extra $1 per play.
- The Double Play drawing offers a top cash prize of $10 million, with no jackpot winner in Wednesday’s drawing and one Georgia player winning a $1 million prize.
- The next drawing is Saturday, Oct. 4, with regular drawings held Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays at 10:59 p.m. ET from the Florida Lottery draw studio, Tallahassee.
