Omnidea Acquires Orbex Assets to Expand UK Launcher Capabilities
Omnidea has acquired key assets and intellectual property from British launch company Orbex, gaining access to technology and manufacturing capabilities developed for its orbital launch programs. The acquisition follows Orbex’s winding down earlier this year and the end of its launcher development efforts, while giving Omnidea a new set of capabilities to incorporate into its own launcher development.
