Tekever, a Portuguese developer of surveillance drones, is in talks with investors to raise as much as €500 million ($577 million) at a €5.5 billion valuation, a fivefold jump from last year.

TEKEVER, a pan-European technology company specializing in autonomous systems based on artificial intelligence, has announced that it has signed a contract with Força Aérea Portuguesa (FAP), which will thus be able to access the autonomous capabilities of the AR5 system for surveillance missions.
