Port Huron home development awarded over $1.6 million in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit

Governor Gretchen Whitmer announced last Friday that more than $18.9 million in federal 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) has been allocated to support the creation of 603 new affordable housing units across 13 developments in nine Michigan communities, including one in St. Clair County.
