Port Arthur shooting case could be sent to District attorney’s office

The case regarding last week’s fatal shooting of a Port Arthur man will likely be sent to the District Attorney’s office, Port Arthur Police Chief Tim Duriso said.   Duriso did not give a timeline for the case to be submitted but said on Monday the case was under investigation and it is his understanding it will be presented to the grand jury.   Joseph Trice, 42, of Port Arthur was shot Sept. 21 and died at a home in the 3000 block of 9th Street…
