The estimated value of the construction of the football stadium is 175 million euros excluding VAT, and together with landscaping, training grounds and a garage, 205 million euros excluding VAT, financed from the state and city budgets in a 50:50 ratio.

The new Maksimir Stadium should have a capacity of 35,000 seats, a garage for 800 seats, three training fields with one with a capacity of 1,500 seats, as well as a new athletics stadium.
