A report under article 40 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was sent to the public prosecutor of the Republic of Paris, Matignon said in a statement sent on Monday, 7 September.
"The design of the budget is in the best interests of the state and the nation, and must be protected", the Prime Minister's services announced on Monday night.
