LANCASTER, S.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Lancaster police have located a missing 14-year-old boy. Police say Harley Arrington was last seen at the drop-off at Lancaster High School around 8:15 a.m. on Sept. 30. He was wearing all black with a white ball cap and glasses.
