Not all explosions in the Rotterdam region are related to criminal activity, according to Rotterdam police chief Tolga Köklü in an interview with regional broadcaster Rijnmond.
The numerous explosions in the Rijnmond region can't always be linked to criminals with a bone to pick, police chief Tolga Koklu told Rijnmond. "It could also be a personal conflict. Like, 'You looked at me the wrong way,' or 'You stole my girlfriend.'"
