In a speech to the Polish parliament, Donald Tusk says there is a "real risk" that Russian drones may fall on "the territory of one or several NATO countries on the eastern flank" and call it an accident.
According to Tusk, Moscow may avoid a direct and formal military confrontation with NATO.
