Warsaw will receive the most advanced version of the AMRAAM missile, Defense Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz announced on Thursday. According to him, Poland will be the only country besides the United States to have this advanced munition at its disposal.
The fighter aircraft will be armed with AGM-88G AARGM-ER missiles and AMRAAM air-to-air missiles in the latest version of AIM-120D-3 with a range of up to 180 kilometres.
