The Minister of Housing, Iván Podue, said that since December cyclists will have to register to climb the hill and carry a reflective vest with an identification code. From Parquemet they indicated that the measure is being worked on in its operational aspects and they gave new background on accidents, control and sectors of greater risk.
In addition, the owner of Housing and Urbanism said that they will have to wear a reflective vest that, in turn, will have an identification code.
