On social networks there is a video that shows an agent of the Municipal Transit Police (PMT) of Santa Catarina Pinula using his cell phone while driving a motorcycle in the middle of the public road. In the images you see how the agent uses both hands to grab the phone while the motorcycle continues to run. Seconds later, the vehicle begins to lose stability, so the PMT uses a single hand to maintain balance, while still using the mobile device.
