- Equipped with a 3,800-metre Code-E runway, the terminal manages wide-body aircraft and supports 6 million passengers annually. Built to LEED Platinum standards, it utilizes a 5 MW solar plant and sustainable water recycling systems meeting around 30% of water needs.
- Modi will address a public meeting featuring a traditional Dhimsa dance performance involving over 13,500 tribal women and students. He will also dedicate infrastructure projects worth Rs 18,000 crore across ministries of Petroleum and Surface Transport.
- Future phases include expanding annual capacity to 40 million passengers alongside development of an aviation hub and EduCity. These additions position Visakhapatnam among globally competitive cities while generating employment and tourism opportunities across North Andhra.
