PlayStation's Fairgame$ Seemingly Leaks With First Gameplay Footage
A Player.gg listing briefly exposed the first gameplay look at the heist shooter, which is headed to PlayStation 5 and Windows PC.

- Haven Studios, a Montreal-based developer acquired by Sony Interactive Entertainment in 2022, revealed the heist project during the 2023 PlayStation Showcase, three years after its initial announcement.
- The playtest describes "an unannounced competitive action shooter" featuring third-person PvPvE gameplay where teams race to infiltrate high-security locations, steal valuable cargo, and escape before rivals, mirroring Fairgame$ trailers.
- Interested players can register for the playtest on Player.gg, while both Kotaku and Polygon have contacted Sony for confirmation; the company has not yet responded to inquiries about the project.
- Following studio founder Jade Raymond's departure last year and reported internal delays, the leak surfaces amid PlayStation's broader struggles with live-service titles, including the rebooted Horizon Hunters Gathering.

A PvPvE TPS called Project Espresso has appeared on Player.gg, which, judging by the video, is none other than Haven Studios' shooter Fairgame$, announced in 2023. PlayStation's latest live service attempt has been renamed Break In, and the gameplay has also been changed a lot in recent years.
