Las Vegas, March 20, 2026, Planet Hollywood Resorts International announced a license deal with Orbi Group and Block Group to develop a 1,200-room resort in Tbilisi.
The 1,200-room two-tower campus includes a 500-room Planet Hollywood Hotel & Casino and a 600-room Radisson Blu, currently under construction in Tbilisi.
Featuring a 50,000-square-foot casino, the project includes a 4,000-seat venue and over 70,000 square feet of retail and international dining options.
Backed by regional developers, the resort aims to set a new benchmark in one of Europe's fastest-growing tourism markets, supported by over 4 million square meters and $1 billion in active developments.
Iconic Entertainment, led by Mark Advent and A. William 'Bill' Allen III, plans experiential attractions including the Top Gun platform, as part of its partnership strategy.
