Construction of a new Pilsen hall for handball and other ball sports for half a billion crowns begins. The building with grandstands for 2500 spectators — a thousand more than the famous Lokomotiva na Slavany hall — will grow next to the campus of the University of West Bohemia in Borske Fields. The first matches will take place here in 30 months, in the spring of 2029.
