[Ginowan] In connection with the incident in February where white foam leaked from two manholes in Oyama, Ginowan City, experts have analyzed foam samples collected by a citizens' group and, as of February 2nd, have detected 23.4 nanograms of the organic fluorine compound PFOS and 1.23 nanograms of PFOA per gram.
