Through a legislative resolution, the Senate of the Republic formalized the continuity of Julio Velarde as president of the board of the Central Reserve Bank of Per until 2031.
The authorization of the SBS allows Banco Pichincha Peru to acquire up to 100% of Diners Club Peru. The operation is valued at 23.4 million soles
The resolution states that the integration will allow the bank to carry out, through this company, activities related to complementary services or auxiliary to financial operations
Banco Pichincha received authorization from the Superintendency of Banking, Insurance and AFP (SBS) to incorporate Diners Club Peru into its structure as a subsidiary company.
