Perth house prices slip further from peak as downturn gathers pace

Cotality says Perth values fell 4.7% in three months, but higher borrowing costs are still limiting relief for first-home buyers.

Australia's overall housing downturn is now deeper than at the same stage of the 2022-23 decline, putting it on track for one of the biggest falls on record.
