Driver Critically Injured in Crash on Highway 154 Near San Marcos Golf Course

Person majorly injured after car falls over side of Highway 154

LONE STAR RANCH, Calif. (KEYT) – A solo driver suffered major injuries and needed extrication after their car fell 60 feet over the north side of Highway 154 just before 2:30 p.m Friday. Drivers were advised to exercise caution in the area and use alternate routes if available after closing Highway 154 in both directions temporarily.
