Construction began this year and is scheduled for completion in 2029, Penta representatives said in a press release on Wednesday.

The real estate division of the Czech-Slovak group Penta has begun its expansion into the British market. It plans to build a total of more than 680 apartments in two locations in two projects in the wider center of London. The investment exceeds 700 million pounds, or roughly 20 billion crowns. Preparatory work began this year on both projects, which are being built in cooperation with the London developer Ballymore.
