PennDOT has reduced the speed limits on Interstate 81 in Schuylkill County due to weather conditions.As of 9:15pm, Saturday, winter weather on I-81 has reduced speed limits between Interstate 78 interchange in Lebanon County to the Interstate 80 interchange in Luzerne County.
