A new study shows that 19 people died in farm-related incidents last year. The study done by Penn State’s College of Agricultural Sciences found that 14 of the state’s counties had fatal farm accidents. Butler had more than one fatality according to Penn State; Franklin and Lancaster also had multiple fatal accidents.
