Pendleton man killed after being struck by vehicle

HERMISTON – The identity of a pedestrian who was killed on U.S. Highway 395 when he was struck by a vehicle last Thursday morning has been released. Oregon State Police said Tony James McCorkindale, 39 of Pendleton was struck by a northbound Scion xB being driven by a Hermiston man while he was crossing the highway in an unlit area.
