A pedestrian was taken to hospital in serious condition after being struck by a vehicle on the Trans-Canada Highway in Duncan late Monday night. According to BC Emergency Health Services, paramedics were called at 10:02 p.m. on Feb. 2 to a motor vehicle incident involving a pedestrian on the highway at Dobson Road.
