The Bellevue Police Department today announced an investigation into a fatal collision that occurred Thursday evening.   At approximately 9:04 p.m. on March 19, Bellevue Officers were dispatched to the 2000 block of 148th Ave NE to reports of a vehicle colliding with a pedestrian.
