Pedestrian, 65, killed in collision

Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives are investigating after a pedestrian was fatally struck by a car in Alexandra this afternoon. Emergency services were called to reports of the collision at the intersection of Downey and Grant streets just before 12.30pm.
