[Itoman] The Okinawa Prefectural Peace Memorial Museum in Itoman City hopes that adults will learn about the Battle of Okinawa and pass that knowledge on to younger generations. Every year, the museum holds a "Peace Education Program for Adults" to teach about the Battle of Okinawa. This year, the first session was held on May 31st, with 16 men and women participating. The program will be held once a month until February of next year.
