Pavličić, as announced by the Supreme Court, informed the Danish parliamentarians of the results that the judiciary has achieved in the previous two years, especially in the field of constitutional reforms and strengthening the independence of the Judicial Council, which no longer has representatives of the executive branch, with the preserved role of eminent lawyers as an important element of democratic legitimacy.
"There must be no place in the judiciary for high-level corruption, influence peddling or hidden promises. Every judicial office holder must be the first to be accountable – to themselves, the institution and the public," said Pavličić.
