The investment procedures of the new Government are marred by a labour dispute at the highest level. Parliamentary public officials in the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate have triggered a Japanese strike, protesting over the entire duration of the vote against current revenues and against the new law of unitary pay, which they consider to be deeply discriminatory.
