The Council supported the abolition of benefits for parcels up to 150 euros. The Parliament approved two draft laws on 20% <p>VAT on parcels from 0 euros as a basis. New rules may apply from July 2027 year.</p>
After EU finance ministers had already agreed to it in November, the EU Parliament decided on Wednesday to reform the rules for customs duties on parcels.
