Paramotor forced into emergency ocean landing in Oak Island

Oak Island Public Safety responded Tuesday evening after a paramotor craft made an emergency landing in the ocean. The Town of Oak Island said the incident happened around 6:05 p.m. Sept. 1, after a section of cable became lodged in the craft’s propeller.
