An accident between a vehicle and a truck was recorded at 3:52am on Wednesday at kilometre 47.8 of the PR-52 express, in the direction of Cayey towards Salinas. It was reported that a paramedic leaving his shift would have fallen asleep and hit the back of the heavy vehicle. The injured person was slightly injured and was transported to a hospital in stable condition. A lane towards Salinas was closed, but at 8:00am it was reopened.
