The company claims an extension of its concession contract, which amounts to a compensation of EUR 275.8 million for the breakdown of toll revenues resulting from the State's restrictive mobility measures to stop the pandemic.
The legal proceedings brought by Brisa against the State, claiming the extension of the concession of motorways in almost two years, aims to compensate for traffic breaks of 25% and 13% in 2020 and 2021, due to the measures decreed during the pandemic.
