A 45-year-old man on Thursday afternoon died in Franklin County after striking an embankment, sending his vehicle over a cliff into a creek, Pennsylvania State Police said.At about 12:40 p.m., Russell C. Booher, of Mount Union, was driving eastbound on Buchanan Trail West, in Antrim Township, when his Hyundai drifted into oncoming traffic and struck an embankment, according to a police report.
