WILLIAMSPORT — The attorney for a former Montoursville Area High School assistant baseball coach who lost an eye when hit by a ball during practice has asked a judge not to let his misdeeds affect his clients’ case.Nicholas W. Mattiacci Sr. made the plea Tuesday in a letter to U.S. Middle District Judge Matthew W. Brann. The Jenkintown attorney, who represents Corey Twigg and his wife Lori, admitted fabricating case citations.
