WEST HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) -- Over a dozen ramps along Interstate 91, Interstate 291, and Interstate 84 in Connecticut will be closed to drivers on Monday evening. The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) will be installing wrong-way detection signs as a measure to keep drivers safe. The signs are currently at nearly 200 locations across the state.
