The Minister of Territorial Policy and 'single command' in Ceuta, Ángel Víctor Torres, explained Monday the government's figures on immigrants who are still on the street, those who are in government centers or the autonomous city and those who have returned. The total sum is between 17,250 and 17,750 immigrants who would have stayed in Ceuta after the massive assault on July 31st, in which it is estimated that 80,000 entered.
