Nearly 150,000 Supplement Bottles Recalled Due to Child Safety Risks

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced on January 29, 2026, a recall of 148,370 bottles of Mindbodygreen Ultimate Multivitamin+ due to packaging that failed child-resistant standards, creating a risk of serious injury or death if young children access capsules.
The product is packaged as 8-ounce amber glass bottles with black caps containing 60 capsules, sold exclusively on Mindbodygreen.com from November 2021 through November 2025 for $40 and $70.
The CPSC and Mindbodygreen instructed consumers with recalled bottles to secure them away from children, continue use once secured, and contact multi@mindbodygreen.com for free replacement child-resistant caps; Mindbodygreen said the recall relates only to packaging, not ingredients.
Regulators cited the Poison Prevention Packaging Act when a Jan. 29 recall letter said iron-containing dietary supplements must have child-resistant packaging and the CPSC said Arizona Nutritional Supplements and VitaQuest manufactured noncompliant bottles.
Check Universal Product Codes 850027975177 and 850027975429 to identify recalled bottles; lot numbers and manufacturing dates are printed on each bottle and listed in the CPSC recall notice.
