Otter Tail County proposes 4.56% net levy increase for 2027

FERGUS FALLS — The Otter Tail County Board of Commissioners adopted a proposed 2027 property tax levy at its regular meeting Sept. 29 that would raise the county's net levy by 4.56%. Deputy Administrator Liz Mickelson ran through the numbers. The proposed net levy is $61.3 million, up from $58.6 million for taxes payable in 2026.
