Oroville High football defeats Weed, wins first game since 2021

The Oroville High School football team snapped a 47 game losing streak dating back to 2021, as the Tigers defeated Weed 34-22 on Friday night at Harrison Stadium in Oroville. The Tigers led 28-14 at halftime and held on for the victory. No individual stats were reported. Oroville (1-3) plays next at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 3 at home against Anderson (3-1).
