The new trains of the subsidiary of the Italian railway group will be designed to operate on the main European high-speed networks and still need to be approved for the Channel Tunnel and for the UK market.
The FS Italian Group announces this Friday, August 7, 2026, to strengthen its fleet with 19 new high-speed trains. Part will be destined for the future Paris-London link.
The trains will be operated on the French market from Paris and on the Paris-London route, the operator said.
