MP Lisa Vliegenthart of Progressive Netherlands is submitting a private member's bill to this effect today.
PRO is once again trying to remove abortion from criminal law. Member of Parliament Lisa Vliegenthart will submit a proposal on Monday, on International Day of Safe Abortion, to achieve that through a change in the law.
