In a speech held in Talca, the presidential delegate of Maule, Juan Eduardo Prieto, together with Colonel de Carabineros, Sergio Carrasco, and the regional head of the PDI, Prefect Inspector Luis Salazar, announced the successful results of the joint operation called “Total Security”. The massive police deployment, executed between 12 and 14 March in various communes of the region, achieved the arrest of 281 people.
