The deal keeps AirSprint founder Judson Macor and CEO James Elian invested as Onex backs fleet expansion, technology upgrades and other growth plans.
On Tuesday, Onex Partners and co-investors completed their acquisition of AirSprint, Canada's largest fractional jet operator.
Announced in June, the transaction included TriWest Capital Partners and other co-investors joining Onex in purchasing the Calgary-based operator.

The partnership aims to support the company's next phase of growth, including fleet expansion, operational enhancements, and technology investments.
Onex Corporation manages approximately $56 billion in assets from offices in Toronto, New York, New Jersey, and London, positioning it as a major investor.
