NAVASSA, NC (WWAY) — One person died after a structure fire late Tuesday night in Navassa, according to fire officials. The Navassa Fire Department responded around 11 p.m. Tuesday to a fire in the 1100 block of Old Mill Road. When crews arrived, they found a single-wide trailer heavily involved with fire and smoke.
