Victim identified in deadly Portland Cinco De Mayo shooting

The man who was shot to death outside the Cinco De Mayo Fiesta at Tom McCall Waterfront Park on Tuesday night has been identified as 25-year-old Malachi Bussey, of Portland.Gunfire erupted near the entrance to the festival at Southwest Naito Parkway and Harvey Milk Street at about 10:36 p.m., police said in a statement. Officers arrived to find Bussey and another person had been shot.
