Those planning to attend should wear business casual attire and bring appropriate physical fitness clothing and shoes. This “one-stop testing” opportunity will allow prospective applicants to complete the first stages of the process and move forward toward securing a spot in the 181st Academy Class, which begins in September. To be eligible, applicants must: Be between the ages of 20 and 39 Be a U.S. citizen Possess a high school diploma or GED Have a valid driver’s license For questions regarding this opportunity, contact Trooper Dalton Surbey at 419-957-9569 or Sergeant Dana Skinner at 419-619-1926. The patrol also offers a ride-along program and those interested are encouraged to contact their local OSHP post to schedule a ride-along with a trooper during their shift.
