WOODSFIELD, Ohio — Law-enforcement officials were able to track down a man after he reportedly sent methamphetamine through a bank’s air tube during a transaction.Jason Smith, 46, of Woodsfield, was taken to the Monroe County Jail after his arrest, according to a news release from the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.
